Authorities are continuing to investigate a single-vehicle crash that occurred on Dry Fork Road on the morning of May 24, 2026.
According to officials, the crash happened around 11:12 a.m. east of Mill Road and involved a Dodge Charger driven by Mary Bernard Shelton, 48, of Ringgold.
Emergency crews responded shortly after reports of the accident were received. When first responders arrived, they found the vehicle off the roadway with visible damage. Authorities secured the scene while emergency personnel evaluated the driver and managed traffic in the area.
